The apartment is located in the 2nd floor of a newly renovated house (2014), at the upper edge of Prainha, on the north coast of the island of Pico. The owner of the apartment, Phil, lives next door. He emigrated from Ireland to Pico and is available to start your fireplace in the living room (upon request). The apartment is situated in a quiet location. It provides a large balcony with a fantastic view of the lower town center, the ocean and the neighboring island of São Jorge. The children's room with a bunk bed makes it an ideal place for families.
Location (approx.): town center 10 minutes walking distance, bathing bay and small sand beach 5 minute drive, creek behind the house, airport 22 km, São Roque ferry port 12 km, Madalena ferry port 32 km
