Blue Penthouse Villa (96 m²/T2): The penthouse suite is located on the second and last floor of this building and offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, living room and spacious balcony with magnificent views of the sea and the city of Ponta Delgada.
Atlantic Deluxe Villa (120 m²/T2 loft): The loft apartment with modern equipment has been created in the tastefully restored building of a former chicory factory. The largest one of the seven villas with their high ceilings and comfortable furnishings offers two bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x with 2 single beds), two bathrooms, two living rooms each with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, dining area, and private interior garden with terrace.
