The Atlantic Heritage Luxury Villa is located in Criação Velha, among the picturesque UNESCO World Heritage historical vineyards. The newly built, luxuriously furnished villa offers four double bedrooms on a total living area of 310 m². It is rented out as a full luxury holiday home. Enjoy relaxing hours on comfortable deck chairs by the dedicated infinity pool. You will adore the whirlpool with its panoramic views inside the villa following a busy day of exploring. The large premises cover approx. 5000 m², offering many opportunities for retreating outdoors. Enjoy magnificent views of the numerous black walls of the historical vineyards as well as of the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean, including the neighbouring island of Faial. The villa’s refractor telescope, mounted on the first-floor balcony, will let you observe stars at night and deepen your knowledge of constellations. In the cooler months, the communal lounge with its cosy open fireplace will create just the right ambience for reading, playing games, and relaxing. Enjoy pure peace and harmony, just a stone’s throw from Madalena, the island’s largest town, with a number of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, and the ferry terminal for connections to the neighbouring islands of Faial and São Jorge. The Atlantic Heritage Luxury Villa gives its guests a welcoming taste of the flavours and aromas of Pico Island with a sample of local products, such as wine and cheese. Accommodation: The four soundproofed and fully air-conditioned rooms in the 310 m² villa can accommodate eight adults and four children (up to 6 years old). Two of the four rooms are “Grand King” en suite rooms with one bed sized 180 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm, respectively. The other two rooms are “King” en suite rooms with one bed sized 160 x 200 cm.
