Canyoning "Experience"
Explore the picturesque watercourses, the so-called "canyons" of the island of São Miguel in an adventurous way. Enjoy the mystical atmosphere of the lush, subtropical vegetation and its watercourses with crystal-clear spring water from the mountain regions. After an extensive briefing with detailed information, you will be equipped and familiarized with the necessary, well-maintained equipment. After a short ascent to warm up, the descent along the watercourse begins. With the help of ropes and equipped with neoprene suits, you will climb and slide down a watercourse under the expert guidance of your English-speaking guide. At the end, you even have the opportunity to finish the tour by jumping into a deep pool of water.

Physical requirements: the activity is suitable for anyone with an average physical condition (excluding pregnant women, children under 6 and people over 75); swimming skills are recommended but not essential

With the help of ropes and equipped with neoprene suits, you climb, slide and glide down a watercourse and explore the wonderfully wet ambience amidst lush green, subtropical vegetation. Plunge into adventure and take the opportunity to try out jumping, sliding, ziplining and abseiling down small or medium-sized waterfalls. In any case, this adventure is spiced up with a good dose of adrenaline!
